Whilst we didn't win today against Old Salts, (and I think we all know why) an
aspect of the game which we need to improve further is our tackling. A few
players stood out today with some excellent tackles, but even they can still
improve and develop.

You'll find a link below to an 8 minute tackling lesson where Pat Lam breaks down the
components of the tackle very effectively.

I'd like you all to watch it and try to put the various components into
practice - with a mate, your dad, your granny - I don't care who you practice
with, just be ready to apply the theory next time you play.

Tackling is an important part of our game and contrary to what some of you
think, can also be an enjoyable part.
